About the role

• Fiscal Analyst at Sicredi responsible for managing tax projects and stakeholder relationships. Focused on process improvement and regulatory compliance within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects and initiatives, including planning, communication, risk management, scope and quality, aimed at implementing legal requirements;
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency;
• Understand and support the implementation of GMO (Operational Change Management);
• Assess the impact of accounting and tax standards to ensure appropriate tax treatment;
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce the tax burden;
• Guide business decisions with strategic tax insights;
• Provide support for external and internal tax audits;
• Share knowledge and actively contribute to the technical development of team members;
• Monitor area metrics and KPIs and drive continuous improvement of services;
• Participate in internal committees related to the department's responsibilities;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related fields;
• MBA/Master's/Graduate degree preferably in controllership, accounting, financial markets, or corporate finance;
• Solid knowledge of tax, accounting and related areas;
• Experience in project management;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and internal/external auditors;
• Use an agile mindset to promote a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation and learning;
• Experience in an institution regulated by the Central Bank and/or cooperatives and/or in audit firms is desirable;
• Curious, proactive and motivated by challenges.
