Responsibilities
Designing and implementing deep integrations between OpenText xECM and SAP (covering ARL repositories, ILM retention/policies, Business Workspaces, metadata models, and secure connectivity)
Steering the managed service provider for the xECM SaaS tenant (defining and monitoring SLAs, coordinating releases/changes, and ensuring compliance, performance, and resilience)
Applying strong SAP Basis expertise to onboard and connect systems
Configuring content repositories and content servers
Troubleshooting end-to-end issues and automating monitoring and transport processes
Consulting and delivering solutions (translating business requirements into scalable solutions, leading PoCs and rollouts)
Supporting S/4HANA migrations and audits
Establishing best practices and documentation
Requirements
Completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
Minimum several years of experience as an IT specialist (e.g., in consulting, development, or operations)
Fluency in both English and Polish, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency (verbal and written)
Good understanding of ITIL processes for controlling and compliance of SLAs/OLAs (Service Level / Operational Level Agreements) with internal and external customers
Operational administration experience
Proficiency in project coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills for complex troubleshooting processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
