Responsibilities
Receive, analyze and validate all financial documents submitted to Treasury, such as: product and service invoices, boletos (bank slips), receipts, taxes, fees, reimbursements and advances.
Verify supporting documentation (purchase orders, contracts, authorizations), ensuring compliance with approval limits policy and internal guidelines.
Perform detailed tax validation of product invoices, including: verification of CFOPs, CSTs, applicable taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, etc.), transaction nature, and correct application of state and federal tax rules.
Verify physical goods receipt signatures as part of internal control.
Responsible for issuing return invoices in accordance with tax rules and departmental requests.
Post documents in accounts payable and inventory/warehouse systems, ensuring correct fiscal, accounting and budget classification.
Manage the payment schedule, respecting due dates, negotiated commercial terms (in contracts or purchase orders), and approval workflows.
Produce reports, monitor outstanding items and resolve discrepancies through direct contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders to regularize processes and authorize payments.
Control and monitor outstanding advances, ensuring expense reconciliation in accordance with current policy.
Request and manage updated or corrected boletos (bank slips) to prevent duplicate, overdue or inconsistent payments.
Ensure delivery of documents within deadlines required by the accounting close calendar, supporting responsible departments and preventing impacts on financial results.
Maintain organization and safekeeping of documents, including submission to CEDOC and electronic archiving of documents received by email or systems.
Requirements
High school diploma (complete).
