Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in programme management within the Public Sector
- Proven track record of delivering complex multi £m programmes on time and within budget
- Experience building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders at Director and/or CxO-level
- Strong experience in leading programme teams including line management responsibility
- Proven ability to manage and empower teams
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
- Experience of establishing and adhering to project governance and technical quality standards
- Broad technology experience and understanding of contemporary software engineering practices
- Ability to make reasoned decisions under pressure.
