Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex back-end processes in PL/SQL.
• Optimize our systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with business analysts to define deliverables that meet business needs.
• Contribute to platform modernization initiatives, helping to establish new technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Ability to build scalable, performant, and secure enterprise systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in back-end engineering, relational databases (particularly Oracle), and PL/SQL in large-scale environments.
• Working knowledge of English and Greek languages.
• Analytical thinking and critical reasoning.
• Willingness to understand internal business processes/functions.
• Self-motivated, positive team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
