Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and strategy
Build and manage the reporting infrastructure that powers strategic decision-making across operations
Collaborate with Regional Operations leadership to deliver reliable, scalable dashboards and reporting tools
Own and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting tools for monitoring key performance metrics
Act as the go-to partner for regional operations leadership to understand and act on performance trends
Support and help grow other analysts within the team
Translate complex data into digestible, timely reports for decision-making
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Product Analytics
Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows
Requirements
6 years experience in operations, analytics, or reporting
2 years experience in a leadership role
Strong SQL skills
Fluent in Excel/Google sheets
Experience with BI tools or coding (e.g., PowerBI, Thoughtspot, Tableau, Python)
Background in logistics, gig economy, or tech-enabled ops preferred
Skilled at managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Excellent at translating data into insights for non-technical teams
Track record of improving reporting systems and team efficiency
Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; advanced degree is a plus
