- Develop and improve SEIT processes, tools, and lab/integration capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- 20+ years of experience in avionics/electronics product development
- 10+ years leading full-lifecycle SEIT
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs
- Experience with avionics LRUs
