About the role
- Responsible for overseeing asset transformation projects focused on value and sustainability. Working within a team of experts in asset valuation and transformation in Bordeaux area.
Responsibilities
- Identify and lead asset transformation projects to maximize the value and sustainability of assets
- Join the Asset Transformation Department composed of experts in asset valuation and asset transformation
- Independently handle prospecting, acquisition and management of delegated project management mandates
- Identify, develop and secure asset transformation mandates with property owners
- Drive real estate value enhancement (retail, offices, industrial/operational spaces, accommodation) across technical, financial, regulatory and user aspects
- Ensure deliverables, client follow-up, compliance with commitments, and transparent reporting
Requirements
- Master’s degree (engineering/construction, real estate, business, architecture, urban planning…)
- Minimum 5 years — structuring and managing mixed real estate initiatives
- Proficiency in building/site diagnostics
