Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and operationalising strategic initiatives that enhance workforce productivity, attendance compliance, and performance outcomes.
Design and evolve an operational workforce that leverages AI, automation and new technology to deliver great outcomes to our colleagues
Take the lead in elements of bold transformation initiatives that integrate AI & agentic AI into the processes within the team
Collaborate with the People Platform and Centres of Excellence to ensure seamless integration of tools and data flows
Demonstrate an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of process automation and agentic AI tools in the context of performance and attendance case management.
Ensure accurate and compliant monitoring of employee attendance, leave, and time-off policies across Lloyds Banking Group.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Work with the operational data team to drive out regular, insight driven reports for senior leadership on attendance and performance metrics.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement tech enabled, colleague centric, attendance and performance management operational strategies aligned with Group goals.
