Responsibilities
- Act as an Executive Account Manager on a large-scale human services technology business planning and support project
- Oversee a team of human services technology experts and consultants operating nationally
- Establish good working relationships with local, state, federal and private service agencies
- Act as project manager or client engagement manager as needed
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and the company
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience working within the human services technology field
- 5+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
- integrated eligibility and/or child welfare technology experience strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications preferred (PMP, Prosci, Six Sigma, etc.)
