Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison to CBO teams, addressing inquiries related to FRY14 data elements, procedures, controls, defects, issues, and operational risk events (OREs)
- Provide timely support for oversight testing and requests from CBL, DMI, Audit, COSO, Integration Testing & Validation, and regulatory bodies
- Partner with Commercial Bank Data and CBO Booking and Servicing teams to identify and resolve root causes of FRY14 data defects and issues
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across CBO Booking and Servicing, CIBLO, Commercial Bank Lending, Corporate Investment Banking
Requirements
- 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
- Strong data management, project / process management skills
- Wholesale loan Fulfillment and/or Servicing experience
- Knowledge of Loan Accounting Systems of Record (e.g., LIQ, AFS)
- Experience in FRY14, and other regulatory reporting
- Organized, inquisitive, problem-solver who is self-motivated
