About the role

• IT project manager overseeing diverse client projects in traditional, agile, or hybrid models. Collaborating closely with clients and teams for effective project management and delivery.

Responsibilities

• The duties of a consultant (all genders) in our IT business consulting practice are exciting, varied and depend on the client project
• In traditional, agile, or hybrid projects you will take responsibility as a program and/or (sub-)project manager (all genders)
• Together with the client and our team you plan, execute, control and monitor projects
• You keep risk management firmly in focus — this also includes analysis and evaluation of project data and deriving corresponding measures
• Preparation of concepts and project documentation (phase schedules, project plans, work package descriptions, etc.)

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience in a similar role
• At least 5 years' experience leading medium and large programs, projects and subprojects
• Strong IT affinity
• Knowledge of project/process management, demonstrated by at least one certification (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, etc.)
• Familiar with project management methods and able to map and explain processes
• Goal- and solution-oriented approach
• Hands-on mentality
• Willingness to travel to client projects in the Rhine-Main area
• Strong customer and service orientation and good organizational, coordination and communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
