Responsibilities
Own the roadmap: Lead the broadband channel enablement and capability roadmap that powers growth across retail, digital, and partner channels
Drive alignment: Bring together Product, Marketing, Tech, and Channel leaders to prioritize and deliver what moves the digital needle
Manage execution: Oversee project scope, timelines, and inter-team dependencies — ensuring smooth delivery and commercialization
Measure impact: Partner with Analytics teams to track adoption and prove what works through data
Influence and communicate: Be the go-to source for broadband enablement updates, storytelling, and insights for executives and channel leaders
Future-proof the channel: Identify capability gaps, champion new solutions, and prepare the business for what’s next
Requirements
7+ years in channel enablement, marketing operations, or program management
Strong understanding of retail and digital ecosystems
Proven ability to lead through influence and simplify complex cross-functional initiatives
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana) and analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
Exceptional communicator who can flex between executive storytelling and frontline engagement
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
At least 18 years of age
