About the role

Responsibilities
- Project lead for an organization-wide IT transformation project
- Oversee the NIS2 implementation across 20 legal entities (DACH region, low travel requirement)
- Conduct gap analyses and develop and implement a roadmap
- Develop processes, templates and implementation guidelines
- Advise executive management and security officers at the management level
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience implementing governance or IT compliance frameworks
- Consulting background is an advantage
- Knowledge of NIS2 and information security, or a strong willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Project management expertise (traditional or agile)
- IT affinity, process-oriented thinking and change management skills
