About the role
- Freelance IT Governance Consultant at PRIORITY Quality Consultants supporting IT Service Management and Data governance projects across Greece. Facilitating workshops, developing frameworks, and conducting audits for client projects.
Responsibilities
- Participating in IT Service Management (ITSM), Data governance and IT related projects, enabling best practices across clients.
- Developing and implementing processes, policies, and procedures in alignment with frameworks and best practices i.e ITIL, COBIT, DAMA, ISO principles.
- Conducting assessments and audits of existing frameworks to identify improvement areas.
- Providing recommendations for optimization and efficiency.
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions for client teams on related practices and tools.
- Working as a flexible team member to address differing project needs and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT or Data Governance roles.
- Strong understanding of related framework (COBIT, ITIL, DAMA, ISO20000)
- Experience with tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, SMAX) will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- COBIT, ITIL, DAMA, ISO20000 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in consulting or freelance roles.
