About the role
- Senior Commercial Manager responsible for strategic and operational leadership of BESS service commercial management. Overseeing negotiations and driving business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Service, responsible for strategic leadership and operational management of the Service Commercial Management team
- Oversee day-to-day commercial business of existing BESS fleet and lead negotiations of large, complex long term service agreements (LTSAs)
- Manage a team focused on daily commercial operations
- Execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in commercial service management, ideally within the energy/electrical power industry, BESS Service Commercial Management would be a distinct advantage
- Demonstrated success in leading commercial teams and achieving commercial and revenue targets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business analytics tools
- Willingness to travel on occasion, including domestic and international travel as required.
