About the role
- Senior Business Process Analyst focused on implementing SAP S/4 for Boeing's Supply Chain. Analyze change impacts, train stakeholders, and measure value from digital transformations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Changing impact assessments to impact groups or organizations
- Training curriculum development review and testing
- Changing management analysis and testing for SAP S/4 implementations
- Communicating with key stakeholders through multiple media platforms
- Ensuring the organization realizes targeted benefits from the SAP implementation by aligning people, processes, and behaviors to business outcomes
- Supporting Command Media Management
- Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders
- Designing end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems
- Creating test plans, support System Integrated Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot defects, and ensure business sign‑off on functional deliverables
- Contributing to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
- Applying SAP Activate Methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
- 5+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP implementations
- 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Support System Analysis, Spares, Provisioning, Technical Data, Training, Maintenance/Modifications and Support Equipment
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process and/or Services Modeling
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Forecasting, Planning, Reporting, Analytics and Supply Chain processes (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with Project Management/leading teams (Preferred)
