Responsibilities
Analyze trade spend to generate insights and recommendations that will enhance promotional effectiveness and improve business results
Apply creative problem-solving and take bold action to support implementation of these plans to customer sales teams
Lead the critical facilitation of eMAP policy and process across the Pet portfolio
Build strong cross-functional relationships across the Customer Category Business (CCB) organization
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the RGM and Commercial teams for increased promotional performance
Manage PEA systematic tools and resources
Collaborate with Pet leadership to improve process and policy enforcement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Sales, Category Insights or Analytics
Experience in business analytics, insights, or business planning
Continuous improvement mindset
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Spotfire, and Circana/Nielsen
Process oriented, energetic self-starter with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Creative problem-solver
Comfortable engaging with all levels across the organization and challenging status quo
Ability to derive insights from analysis and research
Eager to learn and master new concepts
