About the role
- Senior Affiliate Manager managing affiliate marketing strategies for iGaming services. Collaborating across teams and mentoring junior members while aiming to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
- Collaborate with multiple teams within the group to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate deals and commission structures to ensure profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
- Mentor more junior members of the team, ensuring high output from the whole department.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on affiliate program performance and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 3 years iGaming experience in affiliation.
- Based in Malta able to work from the office frequently.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A can do, positive attitude.
- English language is a must, additional languages are a bonus.
- Proficiency using tools such as Humbl, Affilka, ahrefs is a benefit but not a requirement.
