Responsibilities
You acquire new clients, maintain existing relationships, and develop tailored IT solutions
You engage with decision-makers, identify their needs, and champion effective digital transformation
You manage the entire sales cycle: from initial contact with prospective clients through concept and proposal development to closing and handover to project teams
You support our existing customers, identify opportunities, and build long-term partnerships
You work closely with our pre-sales consultants and bring technical understanding to jointly develop solutions.
Requirements
Ideally you are based in the Karlsruhe region or the southwest of Germany (e.g., Rhein-Neckar district, Stuttgart, or Frankfurt)
You are tech-savvy — preferably with a background in IT, engineering, or a tech-related field
You enjoy acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing clients
You have strong communication and persuasion skills and can build trust easily
You are self-driven, think entrepreneurially, and work in a structured way
