Responsibilities
Provide clerical support to the Manager(s) of Health Services including processing job postings and related paperwork.
Maintain position control and registering new hires in orientation sessions.
Ensure that the Manager(s) is/are aware of staffing levels, and maintain information and employee profiles in the ESP staff scheduling system.
Update the day to day schedule changes in ESP and ShiftLink, and run staffing reports as requested.
Adhere to the timelines and deadlines for expense claim forms, time entry and payroll cutoffs.
Process data entry into the SAP Payroll System from sites.
Follow up with sites to ensure timesheets are audited and inputted correctly.
Requirements
Minimum two years previous related experience, preferably in a health care setting.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills required.
Must have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Typing 50-60 wpm, medical terminology (pass mark 75%) required.
Knowledge of personal computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, beliefs and practices.
