Requirements
Laurea in discipline STEM (o equivalenti).
Almeno 4 anni di esperienza su progetti Salesforce, con un ruolo di riferimento tecnico o di coordinamento.
Esperienza nella gestione di team e mentoring di profili junior.
Ottima capacità di analisi tecnica e problem solving.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
Competenze tecniche: Apex, SOQL, Javascript, Lightning Aura & Web Components.
Conoscenza approfondita del Salesforce Sharing Model e dei processi CRM standard.
Esperienza con strumenti di versioning (GIT), CI/CD e metodologie Agile.
Visualforce, Report Builder & Dashboard (Nice to Have).
Capacità di debugging avanzato e ottimizzazione delle performance.
Certificazioni preferenziali: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Javascript Developer I
Eventuali ulteriori certificazioni (es. Architect, Consultant) costituiscono titolo preferenziale.
