Responsibilities
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce CRM platform.
They will work closely with users around the business to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements
Salesforce Admin Cert (ADM201/202) certified or equivalent experience
Experience working with Sales Cloud essential and Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud desirable
Experience with Docusign integration essential
Experience with other API integrations desirable e.g. SmartSurvey
Experience with middleware e.g. Rapidi desirable
Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent verbal and written communication
Good knowledge of business analysis techniques
Process oriented with an ability to identify areas around the business where Salesforce could add value
Knowledge of Agile Project Management and JIRA desirable
Demonstrates continued personal/professional development (Trailheads, Certs etc)
Active in the Salesforce community
