Salesforce Administrator responsible for platform administration and configuration at Banham. Collaborating with business units to improve processes and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Salesforce (fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards)
Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
Troubleshoot system and user issues, providing timely resolutions
Maintain system integrity and data quality
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand needs and improve processes
Translate business requirements into user stories and configuration solutions
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change deployments
Build and maintain reports and dashboards
Support data analysis to inform decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting quality
Maintain system documentation and release notes
Ensure changes align with Salesforce best practice
Contribute to platform roadmap and improvement initiatives
Requirements
1–2 years hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (or actively working toward it)
Strong understanding of core objects: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases
Hands-on experience configuring complex Flows
Ability to manage configuration changes independently
Experience working directly with business stakeholders
Strong communication and organisational skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Experience with integrations or third-party applications (Desirable)
Understanding of Agile ways of working (Desirable)
Experience using JIRA or similar tools (Desirable)
