Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce to support fundraising, donor management, grants tracking, program management, and outcome measurement.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.
Assess readiness for and support migration to Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud.
Maintain data integrity for donor, volunteer, supporter, and youth records.
Design and maintain reports and dashboards that track fundraising performance and organizational KPIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce system issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
