Responsibilities
Prospect, sell, and service employee benefits or commercial insurance business
Maximize growth and client retention by delivering exceptional service and solutions
Developing accounts and cross-selling available products and services
Generate and close new business opportunities
Present HUB’s capabilities with confidence in prospect meetings
Build and maintain long-term business-to-business relationships
Travel as necessary, including occasional overnight stays
Requirements
3–5+ years of successful sales experience (B2B preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Employee Benefits or Commercial Lines insurance background strongly preferred
Industry connections or niche-market experience (e.g., construction, healthcare) a plus
State insurance license (or ability to obtain) required
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication, listening, and client-needs assessment skills
