Responsibilities
Drive business growth: Expand our customer base, increase market share, and cross-sell services, backed by strategic market insights.
Lead a high-performing team: Mentor, support, and inspire sales & account managers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Manage key customers: Build strong relationships, oversee contracts and deployments, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Enhance services: Act as the voice of the customer, delivering feedback to improve and innovate CardioScan’s offerings.
Leverage technology: Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, customer communications, and performance metrics effectively.
Requirements
Proven sales success: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or technology sectors.
Strategic thinking: Ability to analyse markets, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive business growth.
Leadership & team development: Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating sales and account management teams to achieve their best.
Customer focus: Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
Strong communication skills: Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and influencing decisions.
Tech-savvy approach: Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipelines, reporting, and customer communications.
Collaborative mindset: Able to work across departments to implement new initiatives, improve service, and enhance customer satisfaction.
