Responsibilities
Driving your own sales processes and achieving individual KPIs and targets
Leading, coaching, and developing a local team of Sales Executives
Ensuring strong team performance and supporting Sales Executives in complex B2B sales processes
Building and maintaining relationships with senior finance decision-makers (e.g. CFOs, Heads of Accounting)
Collaborating with SDRs, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth handovers and effective sales cycles
Managing and optimizing sales pipelines in HubSpot CRM
Contributing to Semine’s market growth and international expansion strategy
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales within IT/software solutions
Proven track record of leadership, with responsibility for leading and developing sales teams
Strong understanding of complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of accounts payable, invoicing, or ERP systems is advantageous
Post-secondary education in sales, business, or a related field is a plus
Fluency in English is required; fluency in Dutch is highly beneficial
Structured, goal-oriented, and able to drive both individual and team success
