Responsibilities
You drive sales performance in the pharmaceutical environment
As the Manager for Commercial Excellence & Sales Force Effectiveness, you optimize territory structures, targeting strategies, and the use of CRM and BI systems
You are the primary point of contact for our CRM (YSURA) and turn data into impactful insights
Planning and analysis of sales targets and KPIs
Design and implementation of bonus/incentive systems
Management and further development of the CRM system
Conducting targeting and profiling workshops
Reporting with Power BI & Excel – from insight to dashboard
Collaboration with the sales team and international stakeholders/interfaces
Requirements
Degree in business administration, natural sciences, IT, or a related field
4+ years' experience in business analytics, CRM & project management
3+ years' experience in the German healthcare/pharmaceutical sector
Deep understanding of CRM processes & data quality
