Responsibilities
Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Regional Sales Directors to drive organic growth of advisors
Manage ongoing engagement with new advisors
Develop personalized learning plans for advisors
Manage up to 60 different cohorts of advisor learners
Collaborate with cross organizational team members
Build and update unique scoreboards for each cohort
Support calendar of learning and growth labs
Provide first line support during calls
Work with learning team to develop event expectations and content
Work with operations team to implement communication ideas
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1 - 3 years’ relevant experience required
Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days
State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days
State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days
Previous experience in financial services industry strongly preferred
Knowledge of financial planning principles and process
Knowledge of advisor practice management processes and systems
