Responsibilities
Lead Tribe X’s global sales and marketing strategy—from positioning and outreach to deal-closing and retention.
Refresh and elevate our entire brand presence, from the website and case studies to social media and sales decks.
Design and execute GTM plans to expand into new verticals.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and paid media teams to develop irresistible propositions that win high-value clients.
Build strong relationships with clients across the UAE, Europe, and the US—and turn them into long-term partners.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales or marketing—ideally both—within a creative, media, or digital agency.
A proven track record of driving growth and leading successful marketing and client acquisition strategies.
Understanding of luxury brands.
Excellent storytelling, pitch, and presentation skills—whether face-to-face or in a deck.
Strong digital marketing knowledge with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
