About the role

  • Marketing Director responsible for executing marketing initiatives for military training solutions. Developing comprehensive strategies to influence military audiences and increase engagement with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals to reach and influence military audiences.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the defense sector.
  • Collaborate with the business units to understand the trainings offered and communicate their value proposition effectively.
  • Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns, messaging, and content that resonates with military professionals and decision-makers.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, trade shows, industry events, to reach and engage the target audience.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, military units, and defense contractors, to support business development efforts.
  • Manage, plan, develop and implement marketing campaign to support trade shows and conferences.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in marketing strategies to remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (master’s degree preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, within the defense, federal government, military, intelligence industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of defense industry dynamics, procurement process, and the needs of military customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent social media skills in development and implement targeted social media campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
