Lead strategy, execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns for Decathlon Colombia. Drive traffic, ROI, and reporting across SEM, social, and programmatic channels.
Responsibilities
Orquestar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de marketing digital integrales para generar tráfico de calidad y maximizar la rentabilidad de la inversión publicitaria.
Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia integral para campañas pagas incluyendo SEM, programática, social media ads, display y video.
Gestionar y coordinar proyectos de campaña como punto central de contacto entre equipos internos (gestión y solicitud de contenidos, Social Media, E-commerce) y agencias externas.
Realizar seguimiento y análisis de datos de campañas para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimizar métricas (CPM, CPC, CPA).
Administrar y optimizar presupuestos y recursos para maximizar el retorno de inversión por canal.
Generar y presentar informes sobre resultados de campañas, comunicar logros, aprendizajes y recomendaciones a stakeholders.
Requirements
Formación: Profesional con estudios en mercadeo, comunicación, marketing o áreas afines.
Experiencia Técnica: Sólidos conocimientos en Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads y Amplitude.
Habilidades Blandas: gran sentido estratégico, capacidad de organización, priorización, creatividad, y enfoque en la colaboración y aprendizaje continuo.
