About the role
- Resource Manager ensuring optimal resource allocation and staffing for global testing teams. Managing operational efficiency and supporting the well-being of testers across international projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage tester allocation across global projects, ensuring optimal utilization and balanced workloads.
- Partner with Production and HR to forecast resource needs and plan future capacity.
- Monitor tester well-being and rotation to prevent burnout and support professional growth.
- Lead and develop the Resource Coordination team to deliver efficient, people-first operations.
- Collaborate with Facilities to optimize office space and project placement.
- Support audits and reporting through accurate data management and KPI tracking.
- Continuously refine resourcing processes, ensuring alignment across global sites.
- Present regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders on capacity, demand, and utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in **resource management**, **staffing**, or **capacity planning**.
- Strong data and analytical skills — comfortable managing large, complex datasets.
- Experience leading teams or coordinating across multiple departments.
- Skilled in **Microsoft Office**, particularly Excel (advanced).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English.
- **Nice to have:**
- Experience with **Saviom** or other resource-management systems.
- Background in **business analysis** or process optimization.
