Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Director in the Southwest region with Global Lending Services, you are responsible for increasing sales in the designated region (includes LA,NM,OK,TX) through the development, support, and coaching of our Area Sales Managers and Independent Sales Agents to position the organization as a leading supplier of high-quality auto financing.
Requirements
Minimum of bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, internal candidates who meet either of the following requirements may be considered:
Candidates with four (4) years of total GLS experience
Candidates with an Associate's degree in a relevant field plus two (2) years of GLS experience
Internal candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in S3 level position with a track record of sustained, top performance against company standards to be considered
Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance, preferably in sub-prime auto financing preferred
Five (5) years’ sales experience within the auto industry preferred
Knowledge of the assigned territory market with existing customer relationships preferred
Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities
