Responsibilities
Implement strategies to maintain and own account relationships within your assigned territory of California and Hawaii
Identify and execute sales opportunities with an enterprise mindset
Develop, communicate, and execute sales plans and forecasts externally and internally
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support a best-in-class business
Gather marketplace intelligence and consumer insights to execute brand strategy
Deliver compelling seasonal product presentations utilizing elevated and persuasive storytelling and directive selling techniques
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience
5-8 years of experience in sales of Apparel, Footwear, Equipment, and/or equivalent industry merchant experience
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and B2B Order Entry Software
Proven success meeting deadlines and sales/revenue goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with elements of ambiguity
Advanced knowledge of retail analytics
Time management skills to handle sample lines, territory travel, tear down and set ups, while maintaining order book and shipments
