Responsibilities
Define recruitment needs jointly with the Operations team and Management
Write and post job advertisements on job boards and with our partners
Screen applications and conduct telephone pre-screening interviews
Organize and lead recruitment sessions in coordination with Operators and the Trainer
Ensure onboarding follow-up for new employees
Implement training programs (professional qualifications, CAP, CACES, etc.)
Manage local follow-up of institutional partnerships and recruitment events
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficiency with online recruitment tools and social media
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
