- Manage Recruitment from end-to-end for numerous positions across various industries.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular status updates to clients on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Ensure the candidate experience is managed to a high standard.
Requirements
- A passion for Recruitment / Talent Sourcing and Placement
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role
- Qualification in Human Resources is advantageous
- Experience in recruiting for the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industry is advantageous.
- Superb understanding of the holistic recruitment process, talent acquisition strategies, and HR / Recruitment best practices.
- Based in Cape Town to serve CT-based clients.
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
