About the role

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails with recruitment queries.
- Call applicants and sourced candidates to review job openings and schedule for interviews.
- Source passive candidates through online databases.
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates and take detailed notes during their interview.
- Determine whether candidates are qualified for a position and make recommendations for hire or extend offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the rest of the recruitment team in a remote setting.
- Update candidate statuses with correct notes and updates in ATS (ADP Workforce Now).
- Use best practices when speaking with candidates and making recommendations for hire.
- Abide by various internal processes and practices to ensure efficiency and legal compliance.
- Other relevant tasks and projects assigned by department manager.
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in a service industry. (required)
- Bi-lingual English/ Spanish. (required)
- Located in Las Vegas or Chicago. (required)
- Able to travel for in-person training in Tampa, FL. (required)
- Associate's degree in any field. (preferred)
- Previous hybrid or remote experience. (preferred)
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and online databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to collaborate and work well in a remote team setting.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to answer questions.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and work well with minimal supervision.
