About the role

Responsibilities
- Own hiring across the GTM function for our EMEA locations - source and close top talent across a variety of roles in sales
- Directly manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers
- Create and iterate on interview processes to ensure we are fairly and accurately assessing candidates throughout their interview experience
- Be the subject-matter expert for EMEA hiring within the broader People team
- Help build the Vanta talent brand across EMEA
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM-related roles in EMEA
- Strong track record of hiring across high-volume roles in EMEA market
- Ability to influence and drive developing roles from scratch
- Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies in EMEA
- Diligent about tracking and digging into pipeline data to inform your recruiting strategies
