About the role

• Publisher Manager responsible for coordinating with international partners and ensuring smooth project implementations in a shopping platform. Managing technical integrations and performance analysis to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• You are the central point of contact for our international partners and coordinate technical integrations as well as regular publisher meetings and development discussions.
• You maintain close contact with our partners via email, Slack and telephone, review incoming enquiries and are available for troubleshooting to ensure optimal collaboration.
• Together with the team, you will keep track of our OKRs and ensure that our goals are achieved.
• You will coordinate internal project communication and work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth implementation of all projects.
• You will analyse our performance data and evaluate KPIs to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in project management or partner management, ideally with agile expertise (Scrum, Kanban)
• You are confident in using tools such as Looker, Excel and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com / Asana)
• A strong understanding of data-driven analysis and KPI evaluation, as well as technical understanding and the ability to interpret data, round off your profile.
• You have excellent time management, structured thinking and efficient problem-solving skills.
• You are solution-oriented, motivated, flexible and stress-resistant, pick up the phone straight away and get to the heart of the matter.
• You communicate confidently and professionally in English. Any additional languages are a big plus.
