About the role
- Manage production and broadcasting projects in Tokyo. Collaborate with teams to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate expectations among clients, teams, and leadership for production and broadcasting projects.
- Plan and manage projects to ensure completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established production, technical, and creative quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, publishing, and translation teams to promote effective communication and strong performance.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout each project.
- Identify and manage risks, resources, and operations to ensure smooth and successful project execution.
Requirements
- Holds a valid temple recommend.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field) with 6–10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in project management.
- Comprehensive understanding of production workflows and creative software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of broadcasting equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English (TOEIC score 850 or higher preferred)
- Ability to travel as required.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across languages and cultures.
- Experience managing multiple staff members and projects using project management tools.
- Organized, customer-focused, and skilled in problem-solving and the use of standard publishing tools.
