Responsibilities
Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
Manage project resources, forecasting and variance and budgeting.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.
Lead multi-pillar global finance transformation projects, including the implementation of ERP, EPM systems (Oracle or Workday).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience of 10+ years in project management within a large consulting environment.
Demonstrated consulting experience in leading multi-pillar global finance transformation projects and implementing ERP & EPM systems (Oracle or Workday).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
