- Drive best practices with TAI agents to request driving data whenever eligible.
- Measure driving performance and engagement internally across CAS/TIMS.
- Define and operationalize a sales standard for TAI agents.
- Support experiment design to evaluate impacts on pricing fairness, safety outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to privacy/consent, data quality, and change control checklists.
- Define operational requirements and knowledge-transfer assets for broader rollout.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset; ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and craft recommendations.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with a PM tool (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Exposure to A/B testing/experimentation design and basics of SQL/Python/Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Awareness of privacy/consent considerations and enterprise change management.
