About the role
- Project Manager overseeing high voltage electrical projects at ELO Énergie. Responsibilities include client liaison, project planning, and resource coordination in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Être l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) du client
- Elaborer les dossiers de réponse aux appels d’offres (de leur analyse jusqu’à la signature des contrats)
- Assurer la planification de chaque projet (études, approvisionnements, construction et mise en service)
- Identifier et gérer les risques
- Consulter et sélectionner les sous-traitants et fournisseurs sur la base des critères techniques, organisationnels et financiers
- Anticiper les besoins et coordonner les ressources nécessaires à la bonne exécution des prestations en relation avec les différents services de l’entreprise (bureau d’études, achats, travaux)
- Cadencer et contrôler le bon avancement de la production et garantir la conformité de celle-ci par rapport aux exigences internes et du client
- Communiquer les consignes et informations nécessaires au bon déroulement des projets aux différents services supports : achats, contrôle de gestion, comptabilité, RH, etc.
- Gérer les aléas en relation avec les parties prenantes (équipes internes, clients, partenaires, sous-traitants, prestataires, fournisseurs, etc.)
- Assurer la gestion financière et la rentabilité de chaque projet
Requirements
- Formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou master) à dominante technique
- Expérience de + 5 ans dans la gestion de projets techniques
- Bonne connaissance des réseaux haute tension de transport et distribution d’électricité, serait appréciée
- Bon relationnel
- Organisation, rigueur et dynamisme
- Permis B en cours de validité requis
