- Manage change-control processes and ensure that any scope, schedule, or cost adjustments are properly assessed and approved
- Ensure that all solutions meet established quality, performance, and security standards
- Oversee validation testing and verify system accuracy and data integrity before go-live
Requirements
- 6 years of experience managing complex, multi-site technology or industrial transformation projects
- Demonstrated success leading global cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles
- Deep understanding of digital manufacturing or Industry 4.0 environments, including MES, ERP, and data-integration initiatives
- Strong command of structured project-management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile hybrid)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
