About the role
- Programme Director leading large transformational programmes for an IT consultancy focused on public and private sectors in the UK. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Management responsibilities for client delivery, business development, and development of approaches and standards
- Working directly with customers across Public and Private sector accounts
- Lead the delivery of large transformational programmes of work for both current and new clients
- Build trusted relationships with client teams and industry organizations
- Dive deep into challenges and develop creative solutions
- Proactively identify new client prospects and support for bids
- Provide new pre-sales approaches and collaborate in building partnerships
Requirements
- Significant and demonstrable experience working in large scale transformation programme environments
- Successfully delivering complex change in central government departments
- Experience of working in technology and/or business change consultancy
- Hold MPLA/PLP certification
- Have experience as a Gateway reviewer
- Understand the process and standards required for GMPP onboarding within the HMT business case lifecycle
- Natural leader with brilliant stakeholder skills up to Executive/Ministerial level
- Able and willing to develop and lead others
- Engage with stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable plans
- Expertise to lead delivery across complex change
