Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for technology initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.
Collaborate with Technology, PMO, Line of Business and Risk stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across projects and teams.
Communicate program status, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.
Requirements
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
university / college degree
specific certifications are often required
