About the role

- Assist with process improvement and incident investigation activities in connection with the Gas Business Unit.
- Work with project team members, subject matter experts, and other Eversource departments to develop and implement plans associated with Process Improvement Programs.

- Create short videos for communications and process improvements.
- Participate in committees or meetings focused on compliance, both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Process Safety, Engineering, Business Management or Administration, Accounting/Finance, related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years utility or related industry experience
- Process Improvement Project Management and/or Compliance and Risk Management experience preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Federal and state (CT and MA) compliance requirements.
