About the role

  • Cloud Operations Partner managing public cloud private offers across major cloud marketplaces at F5. Collaborating with sales, finance, legal, and partner teams to ensure accurate execution.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and track private offers within public cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to structure and execute custom private offers
  • Ensure pricing, discounting, and contract terms are accurately reflected in marketplace offers
  • Monitor offer lifecycle stages including creation, approval, activation, and expiration
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for all private offer transactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to offer deployment, acceptance, or billing discrepancies
  • Support forecasting and reporting of marketplace revenue and pipeline
  • Stay current on marketplace policies, pricing models, and compliance requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline private offer operations
  • Assist in automation initiatives using internal tools or scripts where applicable

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in cloud operations, sales operations, or deal desk functions
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms and marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce)
